Our weekly tech round-up from the world of ticketing and associated industries…
On the go
Intix has launched a new Administrator App, which has been designed to give event organisers real-time visibility into ticket sales, revenue and attendance. The app means event managers can make decisions, using critical data, on the go. Alex Grant, chief executive and head of product design at Intix said: “This new app will help you gain a deeper understanding of fan behaviour. It updates and refreshes live as new ticket sales occur, and new attendees scan in, and will also send you notifications when a ticket category has sold out, or even as every ticket sale occurs if you want that level of detail.”
Fan-to-fan
CashorTrade, a fan-to-fan social ticketing platform, recently unveiled its 4.0 app. The company was founded in 2009 by Dusty and Brando Rich, and the new app will offer an API integration with primary ticket businesses, confirming face value ticket prices and ensuring authenticity. New charity tools will allow artists the chance to fund non-profit initiatives directly through the ticketing process.
SuperSwap
Menta Tech, a provider of ticket software solutions, made its debut at the annual INTIX Conference and Exhibition in New York which concluded yesterday (Thursday). It showcased Integrated Resale as a Service product SuperSwap, which provides ticketing platforms with a white-label secondary market solution that seamlessly integrates into their existing systems.
