The band announced a new global stadium tour yesterday (Wednesday) with stops in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, Paris, Seoul and more.
The limited run of stadium shows will be produced by Live Nation and will include two shows at Seoul’s Goyang Stadium on July 5-6; LA’s SoFi Stadium on July 12; Soldier Field in Chicago on July 18; Toronto’s Rogers Stadium on July 22 and New York’s Citi Field on July 26.
Rogers Stadium is a specially-built outdoor concert stadium slated to open in the summer of this year, just in time for the Blackpink concert.
European stops will include the Stade de France in Paris on August 2; Milan’s Ippodromo SNAI La Maura on August 6; and Barcelona’s Estadi Olímpic on August 9.
The tour will round off with the Wembley show on August 15.
The group last visited the UK in 2023 when they played a sold-out show at BST Hyde Park, which also made them the first Korean group to headline a major UK festival.
Blackpink were also the first Asian act to ever headline US festival Coachella.
This latest tour marks Blackpink’s first headline tour since their record-breaking Born Pink World Tour across 2022 and 2023, which became the highest-grossing tour by a girl group. The tour drew more than 1.8 million fans worldwide.
Tickets will be available from February 27.
