The London Coliseum has appointed Spektrix as its new partner for ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and customer relationship management.

The 2,359-seat venue, which is owned by English National Opera, is hoping to cement its place as a home in the West End for opera, ballet, and music theatre.

It claims that Spektrix will be able to provide the ability to manage high demand onsales at speed while maintaining good customer service.

“We’re delighted to welcome London Coliseum as the newest member of the Spektrix community,” said Spektrix chief executive and co-founder Michael Nabarro.

“Spektrix has always worked in service to the cultural sector, centring users’ needs in our mission and practice, and I’m particularly delighted to see that reflected as a deciding factor in this new partnership. I look forward to supporting both teams as they adapt to new ways of working over the years ahead.”

Spektrix boasts existing clients including the Barbican Centre in London and Opera North in Leeds.

This success with other organisations is said to have been a key reason why it was selected by the London Coliseum.

“I am delighted that Spektrix will be partnering with us to provide a new, integrated solution that will combine the key features of ticketing, marketing, and fundraising around a central database,” said chief executive of the London Coliseum and English National Opera, Jenny Mollica.

“We are confident that the fully integrated Spektrix system will help all our departments to work even more collaboratively, efficiently and effectively – ultimately providing our audiences with a smooth experience in their booking journey with us.”
