Brad Banducci has been named as the new chief executive of TEG, with long-time leader Geoff Jones becoming chairman.
Banducci moves to TEG with over 30 years of leadership experience in the retail and consumer sectors, most recently as chief executive of Woolworths Group.
Banducci, who takes over on March 31, said: “I am honoured to join TEG at this exciting time in its journey. In this new role, I am following both a personal passion for live events and a strong belief in the increasing importance of live experiences in general.”
Jones becomes chairman after 14 years as chief executive, during which time he led the organisation to multiply in value and geographical footprint. Under Jones’ stewardship, Ticketek transformed into TEG, incorporating live entertainment, ticketing, digital and data that now includes over 30 businesses under its banner globally.
Jones said: “I am delighted to pass the baton to Brad, whose proven track record makes him the ideal leader to guide TEG into its next phase. As chairman, I look forward to working with Brad and the team to continue to grow the business.”
Kramer replaces Zimmer at UTA

United Talent Agency (UTA) has named David Kramer as its new chief executive, replacing Jeremy Zimmer, who has held the role since 2012.
Zimmer will partner with Kramer to support UTA’s long-standing planned succession process in the role of executive chairman through the end of 2025 and will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors. Paul Wachter will remain in his position as chairman of the board.
UTA represents major acts such as Guns N’ Roses, Florence + The Machine and Bad Bunny.
Kramer said: “Thanks to Jeremy’s vision and leadership, UTA has not only grown, but evolved into a more diversified, dynamic company, expanding into new areas, while strengthening our core business. Our complementary businesses are positioned to take advantage of an everchanging environment, and I look forward to building on our momentum to advance the UTA platform.”
New leader for indigo at The O2

Lisa Mart has been appointed to AEG Presents’ newly created position of regional general manager of indigo at The O2 and Watford Colosseum.
Mart, who comes with over 15 years of experience across the live events and venue industry, will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and operational performances of both venues, delivering world class events for audiences and artists alike.
Seat Unique has promoted Victoria Oakley, previously head of creative, to director of special projects.
In her new role, Oakley will spearhead creative projects aimed at growing Seat Unique’s profile and will shift her department into ‘stealth mode’ for the next six months. Oakley, who joined Seat Unique in 2019, oversaw the launch of the Seat Unique Club concept at major venues, such as Co-op Live, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the Monza F1 circuit in Italy.
Accesso Technology Group has announced the appointment of Lee Cowie as its chief operating officer. Cowie brings over 15 years of senior international executive experience in digital transformation, operational strategy, and technology-driven initiatives to the role.
Cowie’s professional background includes leadership positions across both B2B and B2C sectors. Most recently, Cowie served as the group head of technology for Nando’s restaurants, which operates more than 1,200 restaurant locations across 30 countries.
