SeatGeek is already the MLB’s official ticket marketplace and will start with the Cleveland franchise when it plays its first regular season match of the 2025 campaign on Thursday (March 27).
The partnership includes a variety of assets in and around Progressive Field, which has been home to the Guardians since 1994.
These include entitlement of the recently renovated SeatGeek Infield Lounge and Boxes. SeatGeek will also collaborate with the Guardians to enhance the experience for season ticket members, mainly through its role as the presenting sponsor of Guardians season ticket appreciation week.
“We are honoured to make SeatGeek our official ticket marketplace of the Cleveland Guardians,” said Tim Salcer, senior vice-president of sales and service.
“We look forward to the benefits SeatGeek will bring to our amazing Season Ticket Member base and Guardians fans as a whole, as well as their partnership on our Infield Lounge and Boxes.”
SeatGeek Next Fan Up
Through the collaboration, supporters will have access to SeatGeek’s Next Fan Up which is aimed at making selling tickets easier.
“SeatGeek is proud to join forces with the Cleveland Guardians to give fans the best possible shopping experience for verified tickets to Progressive Field,” said SeatGeek’s vice-president of marketing and communications, Sarah Kettler.
“This relationship further expands our presence in Cleveland, building on our existing partnership with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Rocket Arena, as well as the Cleveland Monsters. We’re committed to redefining the ticketing experience for both first-time and lifelong fans as we continue to grow in The Land.”
