Bristol Sport is preparing to transition its ticketing operations to Fever, which will be used as the primary platform across all of the former’s teams, sports and venues from the 2026-27 season.
Fever will be phased in during the 2025-26 season as it becomes the official ticketing and experience partner across the Bristol City men’s and women’s football teams, Bristol Bears men’s and women’s rugby union sides, and Bristol Flyers basketball club.
Following the bedding-in period, Fever will take over fully from SeatGeek for Bristol Sport’s ticketing which sells approximately 650,000 tickets per year.
Bristol City will also wear Fever’s logo on the front of its shirts for the 2025-26 season which is due to begin on the weekend beginning August 2.
“This partnership with Bristol City and Bristol Sport underscores our joint commitment to embrace technology to provide a superior fan journey, from ticket purchase to the final whistle,” said senior vice-president at Fever, Mariano Otero.
“We will ensure that supporters enjoy a modern, customer-centric, seamless, and engaging experience at every touchpoint.
“This partnership will equip the club with cutting-edge technology, creating even more exciting and creative ways for fans to engage with their team.”
The collaboration marks the first UK sports team that Fever is partnering with as the company is better known for its live entertainment discovery platform in experiences and culture.
Fever currently works in more than 300 cities in 40 countries around the world.
“We are delighted to have a global leader in live entertainment like Fever on board and we look forward to having them as our principal partner from next season,” said Bristol Sport Group chief executive, Gavin Marshall.
