Glastonbury Festival hopefuls snapped up the final batch of resale tickets in less than 20 minutes over the weekend.
Resale general admission tickets were released at 09:00 local time yesterday (Sunday), while coach resale tickets were released on Thursday and sold out in roughly 30 minutes.
The UK’s flagship festival, which takes place at Worthy Farm in Somerset, will be headlined by US pop star Olivia Rodrigo, British band The 1975 and rock legend Neil Young.
Glastonbury said on its social media that there was “incredible demand” once more for resale tickets.
The number of resale tickets available is decided by the number of people that fail to pay the remaining balance after securing tickets with a £75 (€88/$100) deposit during the original sales. Tickets cost £378.50 for 2025’s event, which is due to take place between June 25-29.
“On a morning of incredible demand, all of the tickets in today’s resale have been sold. Thank you to everyone who bought one, and sorry to those who missed out,” said Glastonbury on X.
