A new ticketing general sale for the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games begins today.
Following the February sales window, another opportunity has opened for fans to secure their tickets to the Games which are set to take place from February 6 to 22 and March 6 to 26 next year, respectively.
During the initial sales phases, organisers claim that more than 660,000 tickets were sold with buyers from around the world.
Fans from Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland bought the most tickets from abroad while the most active age group was between 25 and 34 with 30% of purchases.
The current sale is operating on a first come, first served basis and each user can purchase up to 25 tickets.
Ticket name changes will be allowed for free starting from December this year.
Tickets for several sports, such as curling and ice hockey, are available for cheaper starting prices such as €30 (£25/$32) and €40.
Meanwhile, the cheapest available figure skating tickets are listed for €450.
The Olympic Games opening ceremony, which is set to take place on February 6 next year at the San Siro, has tickets from €700.
