The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) has signed a strategic partnership with Webook.com, a Saudi Arabia-based event booking platform.
FRMF’s deal with Webook aims to advance the organisation’s digitalisation efforts, by offering fans the opportunity to purchase their tickets for matches online.
Webook has also become an official sponsor of the football governing body in addition to being the exclusive technology partner for the ticketing system.
The company will be responsible for providing all digital solutions related to ticket sales and management, for both national matches and international competitions organised by the FRMF including African Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025, U17 African Cup 2025, Women’s Futsal African Cup 2025 and Women’s AFCON 2025.
Webook’s chief executive Nadeem Bakhsh commented: “The demand for better, more exciting ways to experience live entertainment is exploding. At Webook.com, we’re not just building a ticketing platform – we’re building the future of fan experiences. Our exclusive long-term deal with FRMF places us at the heart of Moroccan football – and signals the next chapter of our global expansion journey.”
The platform has recently launched a resale platform as part of its expansion efforts, which also include adding fresh services like flights and hotels, and dining reservations.
Bakhsh added: “Inspired by Vision 2030’s spirit of innovation, Webook.com is scaling internationally with a clear mission: to transform how people everywhere experience entertainment, travel, and culture.
“Our partnership with FRMF is an important milestone in this mission.”
