VisitOne has revealed it is seeking investment to support continued development after experiencing triple digit growth of its client base.
VisitOne is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) developer which provides a platform for venues and events rights owners across the arts and culture, live entertainment and sports sectors, enabling them to capture ancillary revenue streams including food and beverage, merchandise and membership schemes.
The business has grown its client base by 175% with over 15 ticketing and point-of-sale solutions across three continents, allowing venues to enhance their tech stack.
Revenue growth has also been substantial, with integrations and partnership extensions having risen by 88% over the same 12 month period.
“The growth of the company has been so rewarding, not only for all of us at VisitOne, but for the partners we support with our SaaS technology. We believe that now is the time to further drive that growth through new investment in the business, so we are starting a fund raise,” commented Phillip Marwick, chief executive of VisitOne.
Clients include The Royal Shakespeare Company RSC, Capital Theatres, Aberdeen Performing Arts, Storyhouse, Theatre Royal Newcastle, and Freeman Arts Pavilion in the US.
According to VisitOne, the company has driven a revenue-uplift for clients by an average 18% with its integrated web-based application connecting ticketing and point-of-sale solutions to customers, patrons and supporters.
Distributing digital tickets and membership cards is enhanced by functionality that enables venues and event rights owners to take donations and capture the data of other attendees in a booking.
“Our highly praised service and support for our clients through customised branding and a fully configurable solution has enabled the partners we work with to realise additional revenue. We’d like to see more clients benefit through VisitOne’s expansion plans,” said Samantha Hinkins, commercial director at VisitOne.
