NEC Group, which owns and operates BP Pulse LIVE and Utilita Arena Birmingham in the UK, has launched brand new premium spaces.
Introduced at the end of April, the reimagined spaces were designed by Method and are inspired by the golden age of disco and 1970s luxury interiors. Upgrades include enhanced guest comfort, elevated aesthetics, and new layouts to optimise traffic flow and usability.
As well as visual enhancements, NEC Group venues have also overhauled their premium food and beverage options. The updated menus showcase refined culinary options and tailored drink selections, enhancing the guest experience further.
“These upgrades are not just about aesthetics. They are about creating spaces that align with modern audiences and operational needs,” said Jen Mitchell, managing director of NEC Group Arenas.
“Our industry is always evolving, and this transformation allows us to continue delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and partners alike.”
Additionally, balconies have been installed at Utilita Arena Birmingham and BP Pulse LIVE has gained a newly rebranded BP Pulse LIVE Showdeck, which provides premium guests with a redesigned lounge and bar area situated inside the arena bowl.
Utilita Arena Birmingham has a maximum capacity of 16,118 and hosts more than 100 events every year. The newly rebranded BP Pulse LIVE is located at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) just outside of Birmingham.
