The National Football League’s (NFL) Seattle Seahawks and TicketManager have announced that the latter will become the team’s official corporate ticket management partner.
Under the new partnership, TicketManager will offer its proprietary software to Seahawks suite owners, corporate partners and premium season ticket members (at no extra cost to them) to transfer and track their tickets for games and entertainment events.
TicketManager technology will identify unused tickets across the Seattle sports and entertainment scene, expedite mobile transfers and generate real-time scan reports.
The Seahawks play at the 68,740-capacity Lumen Field in Seattle.
“We’re excited to partner with the Seattle Seahawks to help companies get the most out of their investment in sports and entertainment events,” said Tony Knopp, chief executive and co-founder of TicketManager.
“We are in important times for companies that use sports tickets for customers and partners. Our partnership with the Seahawks will help companies continue to invest in sports and entertainment tickets, which are vital for growing and maintaining business.”
Additionally, the Seahawks’ corporate clients will be able to resell tickets through TicketManager’s exclusive partnership with Ticketmaster to recover value from seats that would have otherwise gone unused.
Executive consultant Michael Goldstein, who previously led sponsorships across North America for Mastercard, negotiated the deal on TicketManager’s behalf.
TicketManager has a long list of partnerships in place with major brands such as FedEx, Adidas and Mastercard, as well as sports teams in the NFL, National Basketball Association (NBA), National Hockey League (NHL), Major League Baseball (MLB), Major League Soccer (MLS) and more.
