Lottery.com, which is a technology company with a focus on gaming, sports and entertainment, has announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire a majority stake in DotCom Ventures, together with the premium domain assets Concerts.com and TicketStub.com. The transaction has been valued at $10m (£7.5m/€8.9m).
AIP calls for diversity sign-ups

The company is considered a leader in cloud-based online liability waiver and incident risk management data technology for the leisure and recreation industries, with a particular strength in the ski sector.
