Marketing Manager – Visitor & Experience

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Manager – Visitor & Experience to lead the charge in developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive visitor attendance, elevate our event experience, and support the growth of our shows nationwide.
This is a pivotal role in the team, working across some of Australia’s best-loved consumer events — including the Home Show, MindBodySpirit Festival, and CollectFest. You’ll oversee visitor acquisition campaigns, content development, ticketing systems, and on-site experience delivery. If you’re organised, creative, data-driven and love the buzz of live events, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 2–3 years marketing experience, preferably in event, consumer or audience growth marketing
- Strong skills in EDM marketing, audience segmentation, and CRM (Zoho experience a bonus)
- Experience briefing and collaborating with media agencies on traditional and digital campaigns
- Confidence in managing junior team members and external suppliers
- Strong reporting, analysis, and campaign optimisation skills
- A collaborative, hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and deliver the visitor marketing strategy for all events, in collaboration with the Marketing Director
- Lead a small team of Coordinators to execute paid, email and digital marketing campaigns that grow event attendance
- Manage ticketing platforms and processes to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Analyse and report on campaign performance to continually improve visitor acquisition and retention
- Work closely with our Digital Marketing Consultant and agency partners to align messaging and media delivery
- Collaborate with event teams to develop visitor features and onsite experiences that drive engagement
- Provide on-site event support including marketing, ticketing, and customer service coverage
- Maintain and optimise visitor-facing websites and digital guides to ensure accuracy and engagement
