Ticketing Manager

Bohm Presents is Australia and New Zealand’s leading comedy and live podcast promoter, operating across both countries and throughout Asia. We have been at the forefront of this industry for several decades bringing the biggest international acts into the region. We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Manager to join us. It is an important role overseeing ticketing operations across our business. Key elements include event building, pricing strategies, inventory management, venue relations and box office operations.

You will work alongside our team and engage with venues and ticketing partners throughout the region, as well as artist-side teams, to bring major international tours to APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Managing ticketing operations across our pipeline

·      Completing ticket builds, including VIP and guest services

·      Handling daily sales reports, and ticketing income management

·      Overseeing venue contracts, settlements and negotiating venue partnerships

Required Skills and Experience:

·      Proven experience ticketing events and tours

·      A comprehensive understanding of ticketing systems used in Australia and New Zealand

·      Excellent data analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills

·      Strong time management skills, attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset
