Sherman Theatre wishes to appoint an experienced Box Office and Data Manager to manage the Box Office (39 Hours/Week), maximising opportunities to achieve sales targets and developing the highest standards of customer care. To recruit, train, develop and performance manage the Box Office team to ensure that the venue continually exceeds its business plan objectives. To assist marketing activities within an integrated Marketing & Communications team, with specific responsibilities related to data analysis and reporting. To support the Development Manager to maximise ticket donations and to assist with other fundraising activities.
