Box Office Manager
- PRIME OBJECTIVES OF POST
- To manage and direct an effective box office and ticketing system for all Stadium events and to provide meaningful customer, business and financial reports and analysis.
- To monitor performance data to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and continuous improvement.
- To promote and develop the activities and facilities of Leigh Sports Village working in conjunction with key partners and stakeholders.
- SUPERVISION RECEIVED
- Responsible to the Operations Director and to liaise closely with the both the Finance and Operations Team.
- The post holder will be expected to organise their own workload and the achievement of agreed objectives and deadlines with a minimum of supervision.

- The post holder will be expected to deal with all issues affecting the Company with regard to box office functions and customer relations as defined within the job description.

- RANGE OF DUTIES
- Support the Operations director in promoting and developing the stadium and the Sports Village.
- Develop and manage strategies for promoting and publicising the stadium and the Sports Village.
- To assist with database management including operating and reporting of customer consultation, feedback and analysis.
- Management of the Leigh Sports Village website ensuring its user friendly and up to date information at all times.
- Develop and utilise all electronic media to ensure cost effective and productive communication methods.
- Undertake market research and analysis to identify customer satisfaction, trends and activity of competitors.
- Recording and manipulation of useful data relating to sales and customers, including historical information, which can be utilised for budgeting and decision making.
- Management, development & operation of ticketing system and act as point of contact with ticketing system provider.
- Manage, supervise and develop ticketing office staff and manage the compliance of the SLA
- Maximise the use of the ticketing system for marketing and business development opportunities.
- Identify, initiate, monitor and record events and ensure resources and results are optimised.
- Liaise with clubs, partners and external organisations in relation to ticketing requirements, promotions and opportunities.
- Ensure recording and daily reconciliation of ticket office sales and payment methods in accordance with financial procedures.
- Production of the post match-day reports for both sales and financial information.
- Supervise ticket office and monitoring of the ticketing system during events.
- Liaise with the Safety Officer with regard to match-day operations and production of match-day accreditation passes.
- Attend events to provide support and effective public relations.
- Other duties as directed by the Operations Director or other Senior Managers to support the promotion and development of Leigh Sports Village.
