The Phoenix Theatre is one of the most beautiful theatres the West End has to offer, with its unique character and a rich history dating back to 1930. We are currently playing host to the multi-award-winning musical, Come From Away but we previously enjoyed phenomenal success with a 21-year run of Blood Brothers.

We are seeking a highly driven and sales focused Box Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving strong results and be a natural team player in order to work efficiently and effectively as part of a dedicated team. Reporting to Sales and Ticketing Managers you will deliver first class service to customers, producers and key stakeholders. You will be expected to manage a busy counter as well as perform vital administrative duties in order to support the Box Office operation.
