Role description

Eventim UK, part of CTS Eventim AG & Co. KgaA is Europe’s market leader in the entertainment ticketing industry. Operating in 23 countries including the UK, over 180,000 events and 100 million tickets are sold each year by Eventim.

Key responsibilities

Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Eventim’s technology to provide support for Eventim’s clients
Act as first line of support for the clients, ensuring queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner
Build and maintain live entertainment events on to the Eventim ticketing system
Build excellent relationships with clients
Manage onsite box offices, on an ad-hoc basis, at a range of live entertainment events on behalf Eventim’s clients
Some out of hours on call and weekend work will be required

Skills & Experience

Essentials

Experience within the ticketing industry is essential for this role
Excellent client service skills (written and verbal communicaton)
Ability to quickly become adept at using new technology
Able to travel to client sites or Headquarters in Germany / as required by the business
A good understanding of IT would be advantageous, but not essential
