Bristol is a creative and diverse city with over 92 languages being spoken and a huge potential for meaningful engagement. In reactivating our Creative Learning and Audience Development initiatives, we are ambitious and genuine in our commitment to nurturing the next generation of audiences and workforce.  The aim of the rejuvenated Creative Learning programme is to provide meaningful and targeted engagement to widen access to people from across the locality, who for various reasons would not be able to access the cultural offerings. The successful candidate will harness their intrinsic understanding of the needs, challenges and opportunities of the local community including the schools’ landscape and will deliver exemplar and specialist work, while applying their understanding of national education policy and key agenda. They will communicate effectively on updates and progress by interfacing with representatives from Sponsors, Producers & key ATG colleagues. They will have an entrepreneurial spirit and embed legacy and sustainability into the management of the programme, to enable growth and widen our impact long term across Bristol and surrounding areas.
