Reports to: Chief Talent & Operations Director

POSITION OBJECTIVES

  • Manage the smooth operations of the Creative Services teams, including Digital, Concept & Production
  • Drive change and ensure that processes are refined and adhered to
  • Support the Creative Director and Head of Product Design & UX, manage the resource and budgets of the department
  • Act as communication point for other business departments and the Creative teams
  • Line manage and develop both teams

Deliverables 

Manage the smooth operations of the Creative Services teams, including Digital, Concept & Production

  • Maintaining high quality output from Creative Services teams
  • Operational reporting to senior management: Heat maps and forward planning
  • Facilitate regular Creative Galleries

Drive change and ensure that processes are refined and adhered to

  • Integrating the work processes of Creative Services
  • Co-ordinate with team members to ensure efficient sharing of information 

Support the Creative Director and Head of Product Design & UX, manage the resource and budgets of the department

  • Integrating the work processes of Creative Services
  • Work closely with hiring managers to facilitate efficient resource management

Act as communication point for other business departments and the Creative teams

  • Manage pitch co-ordination across Creative services teams with pitch leader and ensure delivery
  • Manage competing priorities and stakeholders across business groups
  • HoD reporting
  • Facilitate regular Creative Galleries 

Line manage and develop both teams

  • Ensuring all teams have appropriate line management, development and training

OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

Person Specification 

  • Four years experience as studio manager/operations manager
  • Line management
  • Project management / project planning / resource management
  • Experience in management of studio creative process – client briefing to concept, artwork and rollout
  • Understanding of Out Of Home, Press advertising, DM.
  • Understanding / experience of experiential marketing useful but not essential
  • Understanding of Display installation / signage / fabrication useful but not essential
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience using traffic software (Asana / Synergist / Traffic Live, etc)
