Do you regularly attend gigs, club nights, festivals and would like to be a part of Skiddle?

Due to expansion, we’re currently looking to recruit someone to join our Customer Care and posted ticket dispatch team, at our Longridge based HQ. Skiddle has an exceptionally high level of customer service and we’re rated as one of the best ticket outlets for service by trustpilot.co.uk.

As a customer care and posted ticket dispatch representative, you’ll be on hand to assist with general ticket enquiries taken over the phone, via email and live chat. Previous experience working within a customer focused role is desired but not essential. It’s crucial the right candidate has a sound understanding of the internet, social media and email use. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment alongside our friendly team.

Other bits you need to know:

  • Starting salary of £13.5k p.a increasing to £15k after 3-month probation period
  • 35 hours per week (including some Saturdays and Bank Holidays)
  • Full training provided
  • Immediate Start
