As Customer Experience Manager at Richmond Theatre, you’ll play a key role in the venue’s senior management team, responsible for the front of house operation including our food and beverage service. You’ll ensure our welcome for customers, standards of service and of presentation – in the bar areas, auditorium and in the rest of the building – are top-class and that the service we offer contributes to an outstanding theatre-going experience that our customers remember for all the right reasons! Leading the Customer Experience team, you’ll seek untapped revenue potential, motivate staff members to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver a profitable food and beverage operation.
