Customer Experience Supervisor – Zero Hour Casual Fixed Term Contract from March 2020-July 2020

Each year, Richmond Theatre welcomes a quarter of a million theatregoers to over 40 outstanding productions annually, performing for about 46 weeks a year.

We are now recruiting for Supervisors to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the front of house department, including supervising staff on bars, kiosks, roving sales, merchandise, and in the auditorium.  The Supervisor represents the venue, pro-actively and positively engaging with our customers to offer an excellent customer experience. They have the responsibility of producing agreed results and is ultimately accountable for the actions, behaviours, and performance results of their team members on shift.

The successful candidates will be reliable, motivational, and focused under pressure.

Shifts will be offered on a casual basis when we have performances at the venue. This contract is for a fixed term from March to July 2020.
