Customer Insight Manager
You will join us as a CRM and Insights Manager to deliver relevant financial, sales and operations reports and insights from AEG’s CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics with a KORE application).
Customer Insight Manager Responsibilities:
You’ll work with AEG Global Partnerships Sales, Activation and Premium Seating teams day-to-day to ensure accuracy of information entered into the CRM platform and supply relevant sponsorship and premium seating information and analysis from the CRM platform to AEG’s finance and business strategy teams.
You’ll also collaborate with our North American Global Partnerships insights team, taking responsibility for the international reporting lines, to ensure accuracy of global reporting and work with local and regional Global Partnerships teams to deliver accurate budget.
Customer Insight Manager Requirements:
We are looking for someone with previous experience managing CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus!) and working with finance departments to manage, report and deliver analysis of multi-million pound budgets.
You’ll be experienced in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and international teams and be able to deliver multiple projects, bringing them to life with relevant insights and actionable strategies.
With excellent numerical, analysis and report writing skills and an eye for detail, you’ll be a team player who thrives from working in a high achieving environment.

Salary: £40,000 to 45,000 a year plus benefits
