Purpose of Role – Digital Partnerships Manager
Due to expansion at Encore, our teams are growing! We now have a vacancy for a Digital Partnerships Manager.

As a key member of the Digital Partnerships team within Encore, and reporting to the Head of Digital Partnerships, you will oversee and effectively manage a wide portfolio of digital distribution partners.

You’ll play an important part in delivering the Digital Partnerships team sales target, by working with partners to drive ticket sales for live entertainment events through digital channels, with a focus on account management and business development.

This role will include proactive reporting & analytics, supporting partners with their marketing activities i.e. SEM, CRM, acquisition & retention strategies with campaign planning, providing benchmark data, insights and creative input on your portfolio of live clients as well as pitching to new partners to drive additional ticket sales.

Examples of sectors your partners may work across include; ticketing, media, travel, lifestyle & loyalty.

Job Activities

  • To deliver day to day account management & develop existing partnerships through regular partner calls & meetings, reporting & data analysis, proposals & presentations where necessary, providing regular updates on activity & identifying new opportunities.
  • To identify new partnership opportunities and introduce new business through pro-active sales activity, preparing and delivering pitches.
  • Understand partners’ needs and corresponding levers to maximise sales whilst analysing performance and success of those levers and implement initiatives to test and continually optimise across portfolio.
  • To work as part of a team to develop and implement the wider objectives of the Digital Partnerships channel.
  • To have/develop/maintain an expert working knowledge of the market (sub)segments.
  • Working closely with the wider Encore Commercial Team (i.e. Product, Inventory & Operations teams) to plan campaigns, promotions and major on-sales with our partners.
  • Working closely with the IT and Digital teams in assisting new & existing clients in the implementation of Encore e-commerce platforms.
  • To maintain and grow the company profile through networking and representing the company at (trade) events.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven delivery of partnership management and/or business development
  • Is highly organised and detail-oriented, with strengths in commercial and analytic thinking
  • Has excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Has experience building and managing lasting relationships across various levels of external organisations
  • Offers up innovative and creative ideas to drive ticket volume via partners
  • Has excellent organisation and time management skills to balance and deliver against multiple key priorities
  • Is able to quickly learn relevant tools and processes
  • Has a high level of drive and a personal commitment to success, together with a positive approach to change, and the eagerness to work in a constantly evolving environment

Others skills which would be beneficial for the role:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the UK ticketing industry and landscape
  • Digital marketing knowledge or experience i.e. SEM, CRM, Performance Marketing
  • Interest or knowledge of theatre

Additional Information
This role includes travel from to time, mainly domestically but possibly internationally. Attendance of trade, industry and networking events will require work during unsociable hours.
