In 2019 DAIMANI launched the first worldwide marketplace for VIP Hospitality packages, connecting official event providers with corporate and individual customers.

We provide exclusive VIP Hospitality experiences for sports, music & cultural events. Partnering and working with some of the most iconic events around the globe, we are committed to improving and streamlining the VIP Hospitality experience.

The Digital & E-commerce Executive will primarily be responsible for the product lifecycle, which includes managing and maintaining site catalogues and uploading end-to-end event details across our digital platform.

We require someone that strives for excellence, possesses excellent digital skills, is an effective communicator, has an eye for detail, a passion for digital innovation & the events industry, with an ambition to develop in the digital and e-commerce sector.

This role will assist the UK team in:

  • onboarding events in a timely manner
  • maintaining website inventory
  • liaising with event rights holders, venues, authorised re-sellers and clients
  • supporting sales & all operational activities
  • further establishing DAIMANI in the UK & Ireland

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibility of the post holder will be to provide qualitative support to ensure that all operational activities and contractual objectives are met and surpassed through strategic planning, excellence in delivery & administration, strong working relationships with DAIMANI colleagues and continuous monitoring & evaluation.

In particular the post holder will:

1.   Strategically support the Managing Director and the Senior Commerce Manager in developing & managing existing and future partnerships with external organisations.

2.   Assist in the creation of a fun, structured working environment that is inspiring, dynamic and challenging.

3.   Ensure all events are onboarded to the DAMIANI marketplace securely, accurately and in a timely manner.

4.   Work with all colleagues to ensure DAIMANI’s rights holder partnerships are being satisfied through effective monitoring and evaluation processes.

5.   Undertake industry research as and when directed by senior management.

6.   Source and collate marketing materials.

7.   Support head office CRM activities.

8.   As directed by the Managing Director and/or the Senior Commerce Manager attend seminars, networking events and exhibitions relevant to the role, proactively using the information and learning to influence current and future DAIMANI activities.

9.   Undertake personal development as and when required by DAIMANI.

10. Any other reasonable duty as may be assigned that is consistent with the purpose of the role and its level of responsibility, including the ability to work flexible hours and travel.

 

Person Specification

Education and Qualifications

Essential

  • Demonstration of academic achievement in higher education, e.g., Degree or HND.

Desirable

  • Second language

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in e-commerce, tourism, hospitality or events.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with digital solutions and software.
  • Proven ability of engaging with a range of stakeholders and external partners in order to achieve strategic and contractual objectives.
  • Experience of delivering, monitoring and evaluating a range of objectives.
  • Experience of working with colleagues and clients from a variety of backgrounds and languages.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Photoshop and similar tools.
