The Marketing Executive – Digital Marketing will work with cross-functional teams to obtain KPIs around eCommerce and Digital Media tactics. This role is a versatile executor of the day-to-day operational tasks necessary to run LEGOLAND Florida Resort’s website(s) and mobile app and will be responsible for execution of the Resort’s digital marketing tactics across owned, earned and paid touchpoints.
Areas of ownership include: the LEGOLAND Florida Resort website(s), booking engine optimization and reporting, mobile app strategy, eCRM campaign strategy and reporting. This role will also be responsible for supporting the Sr. Manager – Digital Marketing and the media agencies in developing the Communications Strategy for marketing campaigns and facilitating the execution of digital marketing tactics and will assist in the execution of product launches, pricing changes, marketing campaigns and offers, etc.
Provides regular performance updates, and continually evaluates programs to compete successfully with other attractions and drive results for the Resort. Stays abreast of industry trends, new business and growth opportunities, and new/emerging technologies. Ensures excellence in online customer experience across all touchpoints.
Oversees execution and optimization of paid digital media through external agency partners to meet brand standards and deliver maximum ROI.
