Based at our offices in Canary Wharf, London we are a specialist ticketing agency and experience provider. Our friendly and supportive Customer Services team are looking for a motivated, confident and empathetic individual to join them. Our office is a warm and fun environment, where you will be surrounded by colleagues who are enthusiastic and passionate about the work they do.
Responsibilities
This position seeks a fantastic candidate to support customers and help deliver growth. Responsibilities include:
1. Supporting customer enquiries and bookings in both German andEnglish:
a. Researching and responding to email enquiries
b. Handling telephone enquiries and bookings
c. Supporting customers through online chat messaging
d. Responding to private messages on social media
2. Helping to fulfil and dispatch customer ticket bookings
3. Any other adhoc tasks as relevant to the company

Essential

- Native-level in German and fluent in English
- Excellent oral/telephone communication skills – able to communicatecin a polite, patient, friendly, and professional manner
- Excellent written/email communication skills – able to communicate and write content in a clear, well-written, friendly, and professional style
- Well-organised and able to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Able to undertake adhoc tasks and work independently
- A willingness to learn company products, systems and procedures
Desirable
- 1 year + experience in Customer Service
Hours
Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Saturday mornings as required.
