Nothing beats the energy and excitement of a great live experience! That’s why our mission is to bring the very best in live entertainment to the largest possible number of people.

Group Line are one of the Ambassador Theatre Group’s Ticketing brands, specialising in making group bookings for London’s West End and the city’s huge range of special events. We’re looking for a new Account Manager to join the team, responsible for generating new sales leads, taking your customers through the full booking process, sharing best practice amongst your team and developing your own database of clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a sales background to help us welcome audiences back to the West End later this summer!

The role is based in our offices in the New Wimbledon Theatre. Our working hours are typically Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm, as well as client events which may be outside of these hours. Please take a look at our job description download for further details; if you have the skills to achieve our goals and an affinity for our values we’d like to hear from you! Experience from within the entertainment sector is welcomed but not essential and we actively encourage applications from people from the widest range of backgrounds, including those currently under-represented in this industry.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and strive to provide a stage for everyone. Onstage and off, we hold ourselves accountable for nurturing an inclusive culture. Find out more about us and our values at atg.co.uk and careers.atg.co.uk

We are a Disability Confident Committed Employer, which means that we are taking action to ensure that people with disabilities and long-term health conditions feel supported, engaged and able to fulfil their potential in the workplace. We will offer an interview or recruitment event to disabled candidates who tell us they wish to participate in the scheme and who demonstrate in their application that they best meet the essential criteria for the role. Where we receive more applications than we are reasonably able to interview for any given role, we will retain applications for the next available interview opportunity wherever possible.

If you’d like to discuss accessibility prior to applying, please email recruitment@theambassadors.com to request a confidential discussion.
