You will lead a contact centre operation in a challenging, fast-paced area of the business that is changing continuously. The Head of Contact Centre is expected to shape the future of the contact centre operation, committed to delivering a great customer contact experience through a variety of customer contact channels. This role will lead a number of FTE, typically through a team of Duty Managers and Team Leaders, currently consisting of both in-house and outsource advisors across the UK. In this role, you will ensure that customers receive a friendly, professional and consistently high-quality service helping to resolve various queries, close sales enquiries and get it right first time.
