The Role

  • Professionalizing the sales funnel and building a scalable sales model to drive short- and long-term growth
  • Creating plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals (7x by Q4 21)
  • Assisting in the development of the sales plan: preparing forecasts and KPI reports directly for the founders / CEO
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers and external partners
  • Work collaboratively across teams – including development, product, operation and marketing
  • Tracking Results, Setting and Surpassing Goals ????
  • Fueling the ambitions of the Sales Team and supporting the kick- ass corporate culture
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
  • Supporting vivenu’s international expansion strategy

Requirements

  • Degree in one of the following fields of study: Business Administrations, Economics, Communications
  • 10+ years of working experience in a sales position
  • Experienced in B2B SaaS Sales
  • Preferably experienced in the hyper growth stage of a company
  • Experienced in leading a 10+ people sales team
  • Loves setting and surpassing outrageous goals
  • Knows what is expected from a startup that is backed by international VCs
  • Experienced in a KPI/OKR driven sales approach
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional and diverse teams
  • Vision-driven with a deep understanding of product-oriented approaches
