Birmingham 2022 are looking for Lead Marketing Manager to develop and deliver creative and effective marketing, brand and advertising strategies for its ultural programme.. The Birmingham 2022 cultural programme will be a 6-month arts festival for the city and wider West Midlands. Ambitious, collaborative and inclusive, it will harness the once in a lifetime opportunity of the Games to engage c2.5million people in cultural activities and set the region in a new creative light.

Requirements

Contribute towards the successful delivery of ambitious engagement targets of the Cultural Programme, via inspiring, creative and integrated campaigns

To support the Head of Marketing and the Executive Producer (Cultural Programme & Live Sites) in all aspects of cultural programme messaging, advertising and promotion

To work closely with Partnerships & Development Manager to meet the marketing and monitoring needs of funders of the cultural programme

To support the development and implementation of all integrated marketing, brand and advertising strategies

To be accountable for and manage all aspects of the cultural programme marketing campaign budgets to measure and report against campaigns on a regular basis

To drive and manage relationships with key cultural programme partners, stakeholders and funders

To play a lead role in relationship development with key stakeholders and partner organisations, identifying and implementing marketing and audience development initiatives and opportunities

To manage all strategic and tactical promotions relating to the cultural programme, including with Partners, Stakeholders and Funders (i.e. collaborating artists, arts organisations and strategic agencies
