Sadler’s Wells is a world-leading creative organisation dedicated to dance. Our mission is to make and share dance that inspires us all.

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead on campaigns for Sadler’s Wells Theatre and Lilian Baylis Studio. This role is crucial in attracting a wide range of audiences to the world’s leading contemporary dance venue. Our diverse programme includes ballet, hip hop, flamenco, physical theatre musicals and work from the greatest UK and international choreographers and companies.

As the Marketing Manager for Sadler’s Wells Theatre and Lilian Baylis Studio, you will be motivated to deliver significant audiences for our artistic programme and growing our membership revenue.

Working experience of arts and commercial marketing in the UK Arts or Entertainment industry, a strong digital track record as well as experience of revenue management strategies/systems would be particularly useful to this role.

This position will suit someone with substantial previous marketing experience and a passion for the arts and entertainment industry.
