About us
The nib Newcastle Knights are an Australian professional Rugby League Football Club based in Newcastle, New South Wales. The Knights compete in Australasia’s rugby league competition, the National Rugby League (NRL) premiership. We are owned by The Wests Group Australia, Newcastle’s owned and operated (not-for-profit) membership-based organisation. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional entertainment, accommodation and dining venues across our five clubs and three Hotels, as well as state of the art health clubs.
About the position
This opportunity is a key leadership position responsible for the growth and development of The Wests Group, nib Newcastle Knights and Balance Collective membership and ticketing programs. Leading our Membership and Ticketing team, this position will be key to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and securing sales to ensure the long-term growth and success of the club.
About you
You will have demonstrated experience in the growth and development of membership and ticketing programs within a professional sports setting. You will have a sound understanding of marketing strategy and campaign development, and experience in developing and executing membership, ticketing and fan engagement initiatives which result in ongoing membership and revenue growth.
Experience working with Achtics and Ticketmaster ticketing systems highly desirable as well as a keenness to work with and optimise new systems.
