Membership Communications Officer – Marylebone Cricket Club, UK

Marylebone Cricket Club (the Club) is the world’s most active cricket club, custodian of the Laws of Cricket and is also the owner of Lord’s Ground, affectionately known as the “Home of Cricket”.  The MCC and Lord’s brands are renowned worldwide and are synonymous with excellence, prestige and providing an enjoyable customer experience, whether at an international cricket match with 28,500 spectators, or for Sunday Afternoon Tea
in the Long Room.

The Membership Communications Officer supports the delivery of MCC’s Membership communications plan and long term strategy, including the drafting of high quality written content for multiple Membership platforms and providing general support to the wider Communications team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Exceptional standard of written English and attention to detail.

Excellent oral communication skills.

Well organised and able to handle multiple projects with strong time management skills.

Able to forge strong relationships within MCC.

Proactive self-starter and a “can do” attitude.

Meticulous attention to detail.
