Sadler’s Wells is a world-leading creative organisation dedicated to connecting audiences to dance. From English National Ballet and Hip Hop to Rocky Horror and Matthew Bourne  – you’ll work on some outstanding events and varied audiences. With a fourth venue opening next year, there has never been a more exciting time to join the team.

We’re looking for a Membership and CRM Executive to join our team to develop and promote our successful membership scheme,  and increase engagement. You’ll have strategic skills, CRM/database marketing experience and a winning creative approach to building audiences.

As a dynamic member of the marketing and sales team, you will

  • Drive our successful membership schemes to reach new goals with smart analysis and creative campaigns
  • Innovate and seize opportunities for maximising sales and loyalty across our venues including the new Sadler’s Wells East and Peacock Theatre
  • Deliver smooth project management and clever analysis

The Membership & CRM Executive position is a new role for Sadler’s Wells and therefore we expect these to evolve and flex as time goes on.

The role is based in Islington with some hybrid working.  Sadler’s Wells benefits include:
