This historic venue, that played host to some of music’s biggest names until 1975, has undergone a major refurbishment as part of Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council’s investment in the town centre. Our ambition is to establish ourselves as a key touring destination, predominantly for music and comedy, and to play our part in the Stockton community by building a thriving venue and successful business.

The Operations Manager is a senior management position, offering you a unique opportunity to open an iconic venue with brand-new facilities and a brand-new team. Focussed on the front of house operation, you’ll help us deliver excellent standards of service for our customers and visiting companies, managing a large team of front of house staff and our external security and cleaning contractors. You’ll work closely with colleagues from all departments and specialisms in the venue, acting as a link between them and maintaining oversight of our events and activities, ensuring we’re working effectively and meeting our goals.
