Partnerships Coordinator

The Ticketek Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of our brand and affiliate partnerships, as well as growing digital ancillary revenue streams.
Requirements
About the role
- Support Partnerships Director (AUNZ) on the day-to-day management and delivery of our brand and affiliate partnerships:
- Assist in collateral development for program reviews
- Assist in the development of marketing schedules to support partnership programs
- Assist in the development of digital campaigns to support partnership programs
- Manage the booking & delivery of marketing commitments – booking and scheduling activities across relevant teams and channels
- Assist in collating reporting metrics – collating campaign reports + other key metric reports as defined in the contract
- Attend partner WIPs + QBRs
- Manage a contractual commitments ledger for key partnerships
- Assist in obtaining offers and promotions for the affiliate partnerships – liaising directly with promoters, venues and producers
- Manage and grow affiliate and ancillary revenue streams: –
- Manage the Impact Network
- Weekly internal reports
- Monthly invoicing
- Identifying and onboarding new affiliates to the network
- Creating collateral to promote the benefit of the network to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage Ancillary revenue streams
- Manage Souvenir Tickets + Upsell opportunities
- Achieve set growth targets
- Provide Monthly reporting
- Manage 3rd party revenue
- Meet and exceed set revenue target for 3rd party revenue line
- Update pipeline report each week
- Build brand target hitlists for outreach to build revenue pipeline
About you
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably within a digital media, or B2B partnerships role
- A self-starter with strong leadership skills
- Professional, responsible, accountable and flexible approach to work
- Experience planning or overseeing the delivery of marketing communications
- Advanced Powerpoint, Excel and Word Skills
- Experience managing workflows through Monday.com would be highly desirable
- Experiencing working with a CRM
- Data Analytics and Report building experience
- Passion for the Entertainment Industry
- Excellent communication skills and developed ability to both manage and work directly with stakeholders.
- Sound ability to work autonomously
