Professional Services Manager – SecuTix, France
You will join an onboarding team whose mission is to deploy and configure our Ticketing & Engagement solution, to support our customers in change management and to foster the adoption of our solution
Overall responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the deployment of our solution according to standard process and tools
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, quality and budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the flawless execution of projects
- Organize and lead business and technical workshops
- Organize and lead steering committees
- Train customers to use SecuTix’s solution
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, propose and implement appropriate remedial actions when required
Business development /growth support
- Support sales team for the development of the proposals
- Participate in the review of proposals to ensure that they are of highest quality, achievable and competitive

- PMP certification or similar
- Languages: Fluent in French and English
