You will join an onboarding team whose mission is to deploy and configure our Ticketing & Engagement solution, to support our customers in change management and to foster the adoption of our solution

Overall responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the deployment of our solution according to standard process and tools
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, quality and budget
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the flawless execution of projects
  • Organize and lead business and technical workshops
  • Organize and lead steering committees
  • Train customers to use SecuTix’s solution
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks, propose and implement appropriate remedial actions when required

Business development /growth support

  • Support sales team for the development of the proposals
  • Participate in the review of proposals to ensure that they are of highest quality, achievable and competitive

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasks skills
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in mediation, negotiation, presentation and conflict resolution
  • Agility, a strong sense of commitment and the discipline to focus
  • An ability to work well under pressure
  • Willingness to travel
  • PMP certification or similar
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English
