Being a successful Cloud Computing company, SecuTix understands the importance of developing its greatest asset – its people. That is why, as we are growing our customer portfolio, SecuTix is now expanding its Professional Services team. Within the market we have roles delivering market leadership, Sales, Professional Services and Customer Support & Success.

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our onboarding team, whose mission is to deploy and configure our Ticketing Engagement Platform, to support our customers in change management and to foster the adoption of our solution.

 

In this role you will:

  • Organize, deliver and run training sessions on solution configuration and adoption
  • Assess the performance of trainees and suggest additional training sessions if required
  • Develop and maintain training materials including both standardized and bespoke formal training programmes, user instructions/manuals, presentations and assessments
  • Develop and maintain release documentation covering best practice
  • Devise and deliver training methods that work for at-scale, remote and in-person settings; SecuTix is a global company, whose clients’ teams are often multi-location
  • Coach internal training team members, Professional Services and Customer Success colleagues on optimum methods for communicating instructional information to clients
  • Consolidate client feedback for review as part of SecuTix’ ‘customer-first’ continuous improvement programme

About you:

  • At least 7 years’ relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS products
  • Experience of all Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent knowledge of contemporary instructional methods and tools
  • Experience in developing e-learning classes is a plus
  • Exceptional ability to give appropriate level of attention to all trainees
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills are essential
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrate passion for continuing customer success
  • A self-starter, who can work remotely or as part of a wider team
  • A good awareness & understanding of the sports, entertainment & cultural industries
  • Agility, a strong sense of commitment and the discipline to focus
  • A Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) will be preferred
  • Fluent English
