We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive arts professional to help coordinate and deliver a number of sector-wide projects we are working on.

Our current projects include the evaluation of the Birmingham 2022 Festival as part of the Commonwealth Games, a National Lottery Heritage Fund Research panel and a project to encourage audiences to make greener choices when travelling to cultural events.

The Project Coordinator would also be part of the team working on our ongoing national research programmes and support the delivery of insight to the sector. There is also the opportunity to work on client-based consultancy projects.

As a member of our small team, working remotely, you will work closely with our Head of Consultancy and Client Services to ensure that these major projects are managed and delivered effectively and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in a cultural organisation, interested in broadening their experience across a range of projects.

Please see the job description for full details.

  • Salary: circa £27,500 pa

We want to meet people who are interested in working with Indigo to support our projects and continued growth, so we’re open to discussions about the salary, or with freelancers who may be interested in combining this with other roles.

  • Hours: 37 hours per week

We think ideally this would be a full-time role but we would be very happy to have a conversation about flexible working patterns or part-time options.

  • Location: Remote working within the UK.

You may be required to travel to monthly team meetings in-person as well as occasional in-person client meetings (travel expenses would be covered).

To apply, please send your CV and a covering letter to Flo Carr, Head of Consultancy and Client Services, ([email protected]) with the subject line ‘Project Coordinator application’.

Your covering letter should be no more than two sides of A4 and should outline your relevant skills and experience, why you are applying for this role and what you hope to gain from it.

If you have any questions about the role or your application, please feel free to get in touch ([email protected]) and we would be happy to have an informal chat.

The deadline for applications is 10am on 10 December 2021, and we plan to hold interviews during w/c 13 December.
