In 2019 DAIMANI launched the first worldwide marketplace for VIP Hospitality packages, connecting official event providers with corporate and individual customers.

We provide exclusive VIP Hospitality experiences for sports, music & cultural events. Partnering and working with some of the most iconic events around the globe, we are committed to improving and streamlining the VIP Hospitality experience.

In 2021 DAIMANI were appointed on an exclusive basis as the Official Hospitality Sales Agent for Rugby World Cup 2023 for the international market.

The RWC in 2023 will take place in France between Friday 8th September and Saturday 28th October. For more information about the tournament visit https://www.rugbyworldcup.com/2023.

The key purpose of the role is to close sales, meet sales quotas and generate new revenues in relation to the sale of hospitality packages for the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Ensuring customer satisfaction and the retention of clients will be an important element of this position.

Location London. Other locations will be considered for the right candidate.

Working hours 40 hours per week.

Position Initial fixed term contract.

Accountable to CEO / Managing Director UK

Salary £30K basic + incentivised commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets through the active selling of VIP hospitality.
  • Creating sales leads in order to pursue new clients through referrals, primary and desk research.
  • Building strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Effectively positioning DAIMANI and its VIP Hospitality products and services through presentations, brochures, videos and other materials.
  • Regularly calling and visiting clients to ensure that they are valued and kept abreast of all new products & services.
  • Following up on leads generated by colleagues and other departments within DAIMANI.
  • Maintaining sales accounts.
  • Regularly reporting on sales and activities.
  • Carrying out any other reasonable duty as may be assigned that is consistent with the purpose of the role and its level of responsibility, including the ability to work flexible hours and travel.

Experience & Skills

The post holder will be able to demonstrate academic achievement in further education, must have a proven track record in a sales position and of delivering growth and exceeding sales targets.

In addition they will:

  • Possess excellent communication and presentations skills.
  • Be a self-driven individual who brings life and energy to their delivery.
  • Have a passion for results and excellence.
  • Be able to adapt and deliver under time constraints.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as an individual & as a team member.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SAP Sales and Service Cloud (training will be provided)
