We are looking for a confident, passionate and driven individual to join the team at The Harold Pinter Theatre in the role of Sales and Ticketing Manager.

As one of the prestigious playhouses in London’s West End, the venue boasts top quality programming and an opportunity to play a leading role in delivering exceptional service for our customers and stakeholders. The producer experience is at the heart of everything we do, and you will be an important player in creating a welcoming and collaborative environment for all visiting productions.

The Sales and Ticketing Manager will be a team player, an effective problem solver and flexible in your approach. This is a role that demands the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, where efficiency and effectiveness are paramount.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, operational knowledge of ticketing systems, exceptional customer service and an ability to drive commercial revenue through ticket sales and inventory management. They will also have a focus on learning and development, both personally and with a view to helping those within the Box Office team to grow.
