ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager of Marketing and Partnerships, you will lead a small team across planning and execution of all marketing efforts (content, promotions, influencer, social, email & push) for the Atom Tickets website and app.  Managing relationships with strategic partners, you will oversee the breadth of the partnership from relationship management to campaign planning and activation.
The Senior Manager of Marketing and Partnerships will own and coordinate the marketing calendar to map out a fully integrated marketing plan for the business, identifying big beats and seasonal pushes.  The ideal candidate strikes a balance of left and right brain and is both creative and data-driven.  This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic self-starter with high operational acumen and an entrepreneurial itch to make a big impact in a growing business.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance reporting out on high-level business KPIs as well as campaign specific results
    • Own the integrated marketing calendar, actively monitoring the upcoming movie slate, to plan out activation efforts that will be key drivers for the business and align with our audience strategy
    • Coordinate with key strategic partners (e.g., T-Mobile) to develop annual marketing plans and oversee campaign execution from inception through to post-campaign reporting
    • Maintain relationships with marketing counterparts at Studios as well as major Exhibitors (e.g., AMC, Cinemark) to partner on movie and/or exhibitor specific marketing activations
    • Outline and implement test and learn strategies across channels, promotional levers and audience strategies and report out on results and key learnings
    • Develop and maintain the social media strategy and concepts
    • Work across product, engineering, ops and customer service to drive the best customer experience

WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

    • Min 7-10 years of experience in Marketing and Partnerships
    • 1-2 years people management experience
    • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to interface with and influence all levels of management
    • Able to project manage with multiple cross-functional partners
    • Self-starter with sense of urgency and initiative
    • Diplomacy and sensitivity in communications
    • Strong Power Point, Excel, Word skills
