We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to develop the Social Media Channel to take responsibility of brand awareness and demand generation programs focused on Europe and expand digital marketing efforts.

Working closely with the senior management team and in-country sales managers, the candidate will develop and deliver compelling, innovative marketing strategies with the emphasis on digital activities; manage the small ES marketing team while at the same time is personally deeply engaged in creating written, graphic and video content that fuel campaigns that attract qualified web traffic, convert leads into pipeline and delight existing customers whilst staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media.

GENERAL DUTIES:

  • Define and execute MarCom plan in line with local and European MarCom targets of SecuTix’ solutions portfolio
  • Increase Brand Awareness in local markets and on a European level
  • Coordinate activities with marketing and communications team
  • Prepare and execute campaigns
  • Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget

DIGITAL MARKETING FOCUS

  • Lead and cover all digital marketing activities
  • Create and manage content marketing strategies and social media presences
  • Innovate and present new digital marketing platforms and strategies
  • Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns
  • Use SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites to drive traffic to company pages
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information

DIGITAL MARKETING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing
  • Experience with B2B marketing for SaaS company
  • 8+y experience in marketing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Content Management Systems, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Team oriented
  • Goal oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 or native speaker), additional languages are a plus (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
  • Experience in managing budgets and measuring campaign results
  • Strong “hands-on” mentality with focus on outcome
