Co-op Live is part of Oak View Group, a global leader in sports and entertainment and the largest developer of new venues in the world.  OVG’s mission is to change the way business is done within the music, sport and live entertainment industry.  OVG opened their first two arenas in 2021, four are in construction (including Co-op Live) and four more announced to be built soon.

  • Develop, maintain, and manage excellent effective partner relationships
  • Create partnership strategies to manage and deliver the partnership rights
  • Establish and maintain excellent internal and stakeholder management
  • Produce partnership measuring tracking documents, reports and presentations

  • To have a full and comprehensive understanding of all partner / supplier contractual rights to execute all rights successfully
  • Plan, manage, and deliver partnership / supplier rights
  • Have an in-depth understanding of partner company objectives and marketing plans for Co-op Live
  • Prioritise partner rights relating to the construction timeline to adhere to project timeline and guidelines
  • Plan, co-ordinate and manage partnership meetings with clear objective and outcomes
  • Organise, attend / host partner related tours and meetings at; Co-op Live HQ, construction site, partner meetings and company meetings
  • Assist with creating best in class presentations, creative and innovative idea strategies
  • Execute all pre-opening partnership rights and plans
  • Assist in the organising and hosting of the ‘Co-op Live Partner Summit’
  • Manage the partnership and supplier rights within Co-op Live’s CRM
  • Produce reports from the CRM and regular updates reports and presentations for monitoring partnership development / rights, present to rights holder and internally / line manager
  • Identify and encourage opportunities to collaborate with other partners
  • Identity and maximise new marketing / sponsorship rights that are relevant to maximise the success of our partners
  • Establish excellent communication and collaboration with all internal and stakeholders
  • Ensure information is being co-ordinated and managed to execute partner contractual rights
  • Experienced in sponsorship and partnership account and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and engagement skills
  • Committed to delivery brilliance in a positive and proactive manner
  • Great work ethic, enthusiastic team member that has a can do and positive attitude
  • Strong listening and communication skill

  • Extremely well-organized with the ability to multi-task effectively and work under extremely tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail is a must and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects paying high attention to proofreading, editing.
  • Understanding of what Co-op Live stands for and examples of delivery
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create and foster relationships
  • Working with the Head of Partnerships, Commercial Team, Marketing and Digital Team, Premium Hospitality Team, Operational team including food and beverage department in Co-op Live
  • Collaborating with external partners Diageo, Bristol Street Motors, Presenting and Suppliers,
  • Key stakeholder relationships
