Senior Ticket Manager, AEG Presents, UK
You will deliver a full service provision for AEG Presents and its affiliated companies, from establishing the scaling manifest, ticket agent allocations / providing invoicing information, occasional attendance on the evening of an event to manage show revenue reconciliations and any tickets reallocations.
You’ll prepare both UK and European events for on-sale through co-ordination with UK and European partners regarding price scaling; collation and distribution of event information; fan club and agent’s pre-sales, and notification to all box offices.
Able to prepare reports for the promoters and artists detailing sales, hold and remains and to provide; you’ll also ensure agreements are in place with the Legal Department, and documentation is received on a timely basis by Finance in regard to ancillary revenue streams.
About you:
We’re looking for someone with relevant and considerable experience in a ticketing role from a live entertainment background.
You’ll be comfortable managing and motivating a small team and getting the best out of them.
You will need to have great communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a range of both internal and external stakeholders both in the UK and Europe.
Highly organised, with a committed and flexible approach to work; you will have the ability to work under pressure but maintain empathy and patience.
Able to multi-task and prioritise a varied workload, you‘ll have strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook along with ticketing systems knowledge.
A team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment, with a positive “can do” attitude, you’ll be comfortable committing to delivering the best at all times.
