About the Role

TTG is growing and so is our Setup and Integrations Team! We’re looking for somebody highly motivated and with a passion for theatre to join us in disrupting an old supply chain model, broadening access to London theatre and expanding the theatre-going audience throughout the UK.
Reporting to the Setup Manager, you’ll be working on the set up and maintenance of products and pricing on TTG’s bespoke ticketing system, web platforms and company intranet. You will be responsible for clearly communicating product and pricing across TTG according to internal department needs.
As part of the Setup and Integrations Team, you will help form key external relationships with our supply partners and be responsible for liaising with them to ensure we have the necessary information to accurately sell to our multi channel customer base.

What You’ll Do

  • Setup of new product on TTG systems and online platforms including product creation, inventory access, seating plans, content and pricing
  • Setup and testing of promotional pricing
  • Ongoing maintenance and update of existing product and pricing on the TTG systems to ensure accuracy and availability for sale
  • Troubleshoot set up, system and inventory-related issues
  • Support the Setup Manager with setup and testing of new API integrations, venue or pricing
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of all information necessary for accurate setup
  • Build strong professional relationships with our suppliers
  • Create internal product notifications and management of internal communication on new product and pricing
  • Maintain relevant areas of company intranet

  • Ability to work under own initiative, under pressure and to deadlines
  • An organised and flexible approach to day-to-day responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A creative and resourceful approach to problem solving
  • Experience of using a ticketing/reservations system to manage and create products would be beneficial, but not essential.
Additional information: Monday to Friday with a rota of bank holiday support.
