It’s inspiring the team to sell thousands of tickets a day.

In the 70th year of The Queen’s reign, it’s helping millions enjoy magnificent buildings and beautiful art during the Platinum Jubilee celebrations. This is what makes working for Royal Collection Trust so different.

When the doors of Buckingham Palace’s glorious State Rooms are opened to the public during the summer, hundreds of thousands of people come to visit. Our outstanding and friendly team of Ticket Sales and Information Assistants engage with each and every one of them.

Supporting the Ticketing and Sales managers, you’ll make sure our team are ready to meet the day’s demands and promote the experiences we offer.

Every day, you’ll engage the team in briefings, answer questions, and inspire them to maximise ticket sales. And in all that you do, you’ll aim to deliver a truly memorable level of service.

You’ll gain an understanding of the technologies and processes that influence visitor experience at one of the most iconic sites in the world.

Able to motivate a team to deliver both ambitious sales targets and extraordinary customer service, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

You will be friendly and engaging, with an accurate and detail focused approach to your work, and you enjoy getting the best out of people.

You’re also an excellent team player, with the ability to work flexibly and prioritise effectively in order to meet daily targets, even when things get busy.

Numeracy and a good level of computer literacy are important too, along with an accurate and detail focused approach to your work, as you’ll be using our ticketing software to manage sales, transactions, and visitor data.

This is your opportunity to use your supervisory skills to deliver the exceptional and experience working as part of a team in a unique and historic setting.

Contact Centre Team Leaders: You will typically be rostered to work 4 to 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday, including regular weekends.

Admissions Team Leaders: As our sites are open Thursday – Monday, with closure days on Tuesday and Wednesday. It is likely (but not guaranteed) that your shift patterns will reflect this.

Contracts will run from the end of May/beginning June to early October 2022.

Inclusion and Diversity matter at the Royal Household and we seek applications from the widest pool of talent. Our exceptional visitor experience is only made possible by a diverse and multitalented team who work seamlessly together.
